This policy explains how personal data submitted through www.loyangvalley.sg is collected, used, disclosed and retained, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
We collect only what you type into an enquiry form on this site: your name, email address, contact number, your preferred contact day and time, the materials you have asked for (brochure, price list, appointment) and the unit types you are interested in. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, identification numbers, financial account details or any other sensitive personal data.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and send the materials you requested.
- To notify you when a material milestone is reached for this development — for example the release of the official project name, site plan, unit mix or price list.
- To arrange a viewing or appointment if you have asked for one.
Your consent
By submitting an enquiry form you consent to being contacted about your enquiry by voice call, email, SMS or WhatsApp, including where your number is listed on the Do Not Call registry, for the purposes described above. Consent is given per submission and can be withdrawn at any time.
How your data is stored
Form submissions are transmitted to a Google Sheet via a Google Apps Script endpoint and are accessible only to the people responsible for responding to enquiries for this development. Data is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and is then deleted.
Disclosure to third parties
Your data is not sold, rented or traded. It may be shared with the appointed marketing agency or the developer of this development strictly where that is necessary to fulfil your specific request — for example to arrange an appointment or to issue a price list. It may also be disclosed where required by law or by a regulator.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising and to understand which sections of the page visitors engage with. The pixel sets cookies in your browser and reports aggregated events to Meta. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings, or adjust your advertising preferences in your Meta account, without affecting your ability to use this site.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw your consent and ask for it to be deleted. Withdrawal takes effect within a reasonable period, after which we will stop contacting you for marketing purposes. Requests can be made through the enquiry form on this site.

Separately from data protection, please note that this site is an information resource, not an offer. No price list, unit mix, site plan or launch date has been released for this development. Figures marked as estimates are analytical estimates with their derivation shown, not developer-confirmed figures. Floor plans shown are indicative reference templates only and are not this development's actual layouts. See the disclaimer in the footer of the main page.
